About Grunkauf.

Grunkauf started with one observation: most DTC brands paying agencies are not getting what they're paying for. Retainers get collected, reports get sent, and the brand carries all the risk. We built Grunkauf around the opposite idea. If the campaigns work, we grow together. If they don't, we don't hide behind reporting. We fix them.

We work exclusively with e-commerce and DTC brands, primarily in home, consumer products, and lifestyle categories. Our focus is narrow by design. We would rather be genuinely good at paid social and SEO for brands we understand than mediocre across every vertical. What types of brands do you work with?

We work with e-commerce and DTC brands, with a particular focus on home goods, consumer products, and lifestyle categories. Most of our clients run Shopify stores and are spending at least $5,000 per month on paid acquisition before they come to us.

How does the revenue-share model work?

Every engagement includes a managed ad spend component and a performance fee calculated as a percentage of the revenue attributed to your campaigns. The exact terms are agreed upfront and fixed for the duration of the engagement. You will see the full structure before signing anything.

Do I keep ownership of my ad accounts and data?

Yes. You own your ad accounts, your creative assets, and your data at all times. If we part ways, you take everything with you. We do not hold accounts hostage.

How long before we see results?

Paid social campaigns typically produce meaningful data within the first 30 days. SEO compounds more slowly, with measurable organic growth usually visible between months three and five. We will give you a realistic timeline for your specific situation on the strategy call.
